All products on Kainamo are made-to-order by independent creators and vendors. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, production times vary depending on the vendor and the complexity of the product.
Typical production time: 3–10 business days before your item ships
Please note that production time begins after your order is confirmed and payment is processed. You’ll receive updates throughout the production process.
Shipping Time
Once your item has been produced and handed off to the carrier, delivery times depend on:
- Your shipping destination
- The carrier selected by the vendor
Estimated delivery after shipping:
- Domestic orders: 3–10 business days
- International orders: May take longer depending on customs processing and the destination country
Total time from order to delivery typically ranges from 6–20 business days, combining both production and shipping.
Order Tracking
Stay informed about your order every step of the way:
- Email notifications: Tracking information will be sent to your registered email address once your item ships
- Account access: Log in to your Kainamo account to view tracking details and shipment status at any time
If you haven’t received tracking information within the expected production timeframe, please contact the vendor directly through your order page or reach out to our support team.
Lost or Damaged Items
We want every order to arrive safely and as expected. If something goes wrong:
Report issues within 7 days:
- Contact [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date if the item hasn’t arrived)
- Include your order number and photos of any damage
Our commitment:
- We will work directly with the vendor to investigate the issue
- You’ll receive a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible
- Resolution times vary, but typically take 5–10 business days
